Justin Kent Parker was killed in an
automobile
accident Aug 22, 1999. He was 16 years old, a prolific award-winning
composer
and musician. His family and friends miss him terribly. He left
over 50 original compositions which
reveal
that he was exceptionally gifted with his music, which was his passion.
RACo Records released a Memorial CD of his finest work October 1st,
1999.
