Weekend program
This retreat program is an opportunity to connect with yourself and your Creator in a vital way. Through the teachings of the Medicine Wheel, guided drum journey, body/mind awareness exercises, and an introduction to Sacred Ceremony you are invited to drop in to your being, open your heart and ask for what you need.
This program begins with supper on Friday, and concludes in a closing circle on Sunday after brunch.

Drum building workshop
Participants learn the teachings of the Drum while creating their own hand drum and drum stick. As the drum emerges participants are introduced to aspects of themselves in relation to that living being.
The building of a drum is an ideal way to prepare for participation in the weekend program, as there are opportunities to drum and sing, thereby developing a relationship with this new creation. There is a special drum blessing and birthing during the weekend program that follows which is very important to the life of the drum.

Teepee retreat
During the week our teepees are available for an overnight stay. As with the weekend program guests dine with the Jalbun Lodge  family.

Extended retreats
These programs are offered twice a year as an intensive residential experience. The women's retreat is an exploration of the feminine being through Osho Tibetan Pulsing Healing, Meditation, dance, yoga, nature, touch, laughter, tears and celebration.

Fasting (Vision Quest)
There comes a time on some seekers' journey when connection to the Divine Source is longed for; when a time of deep meditation, silence and prayer in isolation is needed. Preparation and commitment are necessary. And a safe, protected space is also needed. Jalbun Lodge offers the space and protection for those who are ready to embark on this profound part of the spiritual journey.

OTHER POSSIBILITIES

Tibetan Pulsing Eye Reading and treatment. Individual sessions are available for this profound system of healing. A session typically lasts for two hours, and is an excellent beginning to the weekend program, as it can assist in clarifying issues or needs, and "jump start" a healing process. The number of sessions is limited and are generally offered on Fridays from 10 am to 4 pm.

Osho Rebalancing is a synthesis of several bodyworking techniques, including deep-tissue, soft joint release, trigger point therapy, emotional release and breath work. These sessions are generally booked on Friday.

Spiritual Counsel is available throughout the week. Also known as "teepee time" this is an opportunity for those who need someone who can listen to hear what is in their hearts and minds. Traditionally tobacco (one of the four sacred Medicines)  is offered at the beginning of these sessions, and, as there is no time constraint, those who take advantage of this rare gift are asked to donate what they feel is appropriate.

Jalbun Lodge outreach includes drum building, storytelling, follow-up, guest speaking, Begin with the Body, and Tibetan Pulsing Streaming workshops. Please call or email to discuss details of Ned, Deepam or both coming to your community.

Note: All programs include meals and accommodation. We endeavour to provide nutritious meals and snacks according to the dietary preferences of our guests.  Accommodation is in an 18 foot teepee.  Each teepee has three beds on carpeted platforms and include all necessary bedding.
